As our employee, you are the face of Robot House. Outside of the work itself, you’re making the first impressions with clients, in the community, and in your day-to-day lives. Which is why it’s important that you represent Robot House in the most professional manner possible. That doesn’t mean a suit, heels, or a tie. It means looking the part. We’re creatives after all, and we’re expected to straddle the line between professional, fashion conscious, and unique.
Casual attire is allowed for all staff, unless you are meeting with clients. Should you have a meeting, we encourage you step it up and express yourself.
These should be neat in appearance and in harmony with the rest of the outfit. The following are not acceptable: any item that is in need of repair or excessively wrinkled, strapless tops, athletic looking attire, or any top that is exceedingly revealing.

Shoes should be in harmony with your outfit. Unacceptable items are: rubber beach style flip flops, birkenstock style sandals, and dirty athletic shoes.
Jewelry should be thoughtful and in harmony with the rest of the outfit. All piercings are acceptable within reason.
Your clothing should be clean and neat in appearance. All employees are expected to maintain clean and appropriate oral and bodily hygiene. The excessive use of makeup, perfume, or cologne is unacceptable. Your hair doesn’t have to be a natural color, but should be well maintained.
If you have facial hair, it should be kept tidy and well-groomed.
Personal grooming should contribute to a clean and neat appearance. Tattoos are welcome, but if you have any inappropriate or potentially offensive tattoos you should keep them covered during business hours.
You need to keep your fingernails clean and professional looking.
T-shirts with obscenities, items in extreme disrepair, or any items, as determined by Robot House management, as being unacceptable.
If you’re not compliant with the dress code, you will discreetly be given an opportunity to correct the situation and return to work.
